We need to raise money for a mobile cinema which will travel to 60
towns and cities across the UK in 2012 celebrating London 2012 Olympic
Games and showing films made by people with a learning disability
to over 60,000 people.
We know from touring around
the country that many learning disabled people have a lot of difficulty
getting transport and support to travel to our screenings in cinemas.
They have told us that it would be better if we could take the films
screenings to them.
The future of the Oska Bright cinema would be more secure if you
could make a regular donation. To find out how to set up a standing

" There are huge numbers of very isolated disabled people who have
very little cultural input into their lives. A mobile cinema would really
assist in the creation and involvement of new audiences."
Mike Layward, Director, DASh (Disability Arts in Shropshire)
"This is a unique project from a unique film
festival. It will be the first of its kind in the world. Once again
the UK leads the way."
Marcia Williams, Head of Diversity, UK Film Council.
